Light, lofty and wonderfully warm, Sheepsoft Fibreknit is a British Bluefaced Leicester and Masham wool chainette yarn. Its airy construction creates beautiful texture and stitch definition without the weight of a traditionally spun super chunky yarn.

Unlike traditionally spun yarns, Fibreknit is constructed by knitting the fibres into a chainette, creating a distinctive, structured yarn that feels wonderfully light for its thickness.

The chainette construction traps air within the yarn, producing a warm, cosy knitted fabric without unnecessary weight. Soft and smooth in the hand, Sheepsoft Fibreknit has excellent stitch definition and a gently textured appearance that makes simple stitches look particularly effective.
