Delivery
We despatch orders six days a week using Royal Mail for UK and worldwide delivery. Most orders placed before 2pm go out the same day, though this may vary at busy times. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been despatched.
We use Royal Mail Tracked services to despatch orders across the UK and worldwide, six days a week. During particularly busy periods there may be a short delay in despatch, but we aim to send out same-day for orders placed before 2pm (subject to order volume).
A despatch confirmation email with tracking details is sent automatically. If you do not receive confirmation for either your order or despatch, please check your spam or junk folder.
If your order does not arrive, please let us know within 14 days of despatch so we can investigate.

European and Rest of the World Delivery Times
We despatch all European and Rest of the World orders with Royal Mail who then pass your package to your national postage service.
Depending on where you live, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
All parcels are sent using a tracked service.
Packaging Materials
We use recyclable postal bags, padded envelopes, paper-based wraps for protection and void filling, a Kraft paper eco-friendly, fully recyclable alternative to bubble wrap, original and re-purposed cardboard boxes and Kraft tape.
