Delivery
We despatch orders six days a week using Royal Mail Tracked services for UK and worldwide delivery. Most orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day (subject to order volume), with a Saturday despatch cut-off of 11am. During particularly busy periods, despatch times may be slightly longer.
A despatch confirmation email with tracking details is sent automatically once your order has been shipped. If you include a mobile number at checkout, you’ll also receive SMS tracking updates from Royal Mail. If you do not receive either an order or despatch confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of despatch so we can investigate.

European and Rest of the World Delivery Times
We despatch all European and Rest of the World orders with Royal Mail who then pass your package to your national postage service.
US orders are delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We need your telephone number for the shipping documentation; we can't despatch without it.
Depending on where you live, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
All parcels are sent using a tracked service.
Packaging Materials
We use recyclable postal bags, padded envelopes, paper-based wraps for protection and void filling, a Kraft paper eco-friendly, fully recyclable alternative to bubble wrap, original and re-purposed cardboard boxes and Kraft tape.
