Wendy Sweater Chunky Edition 2502-10 | Printed Knitting Pattern

The Wendy Sweater Chunky Edition is worked from the top down, holding one strand of Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt together with one strand of Tynn Silk Mohair throughout.

The yoke is worked back and forth at first to shape the saddle shoulders and create a deeper front neckline. The work is then joined in the round and raglan increases are worked to shape the yoke. Once all increases are complete, the body and sleeves are divided and completed separately.

The body is worked in the round to the desired length and finished with ribbing. The sleeves are worked in the round with decreases along the underarm and finished with ribbed cuffs. Finally, the neckband is worked to complete the sweater.

Sizes: XXS (XS) S (M) L–XL

Finished bust circumference: 109 (119) 129 (139) 154 cm [43 (46¾) 50¾ (54¾) 60¾ in]

Length: 48 (50) 52 (54) 58 cm [19 (19¾) 20½ (21¼) 22¾ in], or desired length

Sleeve length: 47 cm [18½ in], or desired length

The model is 174 cm tall and wears a size M.

Gauge: 16 sts = 10 cm (both yarns held together on 5 mm)

Recommended needles: 4.5 mm and 5 mm knitting needles

Peer Gynt: 8 (9) 10 (11) 12 balls

Tynn Silk Mohair: 4 (5) 5 (5) 6 balls

Suggested knitting needles: 32in 4.5mm and 5mm for body, 16in 4.5mm and 5mm for sleeves and 4mm for neckband.
