The Triangle Shawl is worked in Sandnes Garn Cashmere and has a simple, timeless shape with neat i-cord edging along both sides.

The shawl is worked back and forth in stocking stitch. It begins by establishing the i-cord edging, then increases are worked along one side to create the triangular shape. Once the desired width is reached, decreases are worked along the same side to complete the half-triangle construction.

Approx. width: 32 cm [12½ in]

Gauge: 24 sts = 10 cm

Recommended needles: 3.5 mm knitting needles

Materials: Sandnes Garn Cashmere (25 g 100 m)

Cashmere: 4 balls

The samples are shown in Sandnes Garn Cashmere shades Beige Melange 3021 and Dark Brown 3082.

Suggested knitting needles: 32in (80cm) circular 3.5mm.

You will also need: opening or hook-in style stitch markers to mark increases/decreases.

The yarn quantity is based on the finished measurements given above. If you choose to make the shawl larger, additional yarn may be required.
