Tia Zipper Jacket Junior 2601-03 | Printed Knitting Pattern

The Tia Zipper Jacket Junior is a modern children's zip-up jacket with a beautifully structured half-brioche texture. Worked from the top down with raglan shaping, it has a comfortable, versatile fit and a neat double-knitted front band for the zip.

This version is knitted holding one strand of Sandnes Garn Tynn Merinoull together with one strand of Tynn Silk Mohair, creating a soft, warm fabric with a delicate halo.

The jacket begins at the neckband and is worked back and forth in the rib pattern, with increases forming the raglan shaping. The work is then divided for the sleeves, back and fronts, which are completed separately. Stitches are picked up for the front bands and worked in double knitting before the zip is sewn into place.

Recommended needles: 2 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm knitting needles
