Pascal Sweater Junior 2501-02 | Printed Knitting Pattern

The Pascal Sweater Junior is worked from the top down in Sandnes Garn Sunday, with a simple stripe pattern running throughout.

The back is worked first, back and forth, using short rows to shape the shoulders, and is continued to the underarms. Stitches are then picked up for the fronts, alternating between the main and contrast colours so that the stripes align neatly at the shoulder seams. Each side of the front is worked separately with short-row shaping and increases for the neckline, before being joined and worked to the underarms.

The front and back are then joined and the body is worked in the round. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves and neckband. The edges are worked in stocking stitch from the wrong side, folded double to the right side and finished with a crochet hook (detailed explanation with images in pattern).

Sizes: 2 (4) 6 (8) 10 (12) 14 years
