Lia Cardigan 2502-02 | Printed Knitting Pattern

The Lia Cardigan is worked from the top down in Sandnes Garn Double Sunday.

The back is worked first, back and forth, using short rows and increases to shape the sloping shoulders. It is then continued in stocking stitch with increases for the armholes. Stitches are picked up at each shoulder for the fronts, which are worked separately with increases to shape the neckline.

The fronts and back are then joined and worked back and forth in stocking stitch, finishing with ribbing. Stitches are picked up around each armhole for the sleeves, which are shaped with short rows before being worked in the round and finished with ribbing. Finally, the front bands and neckband are worked.
