Yes, you can continue to shop with us online but please bear in mind that we are inevitably experiencing some disruption within our supply and distribution network. Thank you for your patience at this unpredictable time. Rest assured, hand washing, work surface cleaning and high standards of hygiene in general are applied.

Standard Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail and despatch orders daily within the UK and all over the world. There may be a slight delay in despatch during busy times but on the whole you should expect to receive your order within a few days. Usually we can despatch your order the same day if received by 3pm.

For next day deliveries we also offer Special Delivery by 1pm but orders must be placed before 12 midday or we cannot guarantee that your order will be sent that same day.

Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed from Royal Mail:
"Due to increased absence levels, we’ve reviewed our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes.

For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guarantee delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*. Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*.

A despatch confirmation email is sent as standard, and orders should be received within 1-3 working days from the date of that message. If you do not receive a confirmation email for either your order or despatch, please check your spam or junk mailbox.

Free UK Delivery

Orders over £30 qualify for free 2nd class postage and packaging.

Delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless you select and pay for "Special Delivery".

Worldwide Delivery

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail. We offer a standard Air Mail service and a Tracked/Signed For service.

The customer is responsible for any taxes/duties that may be charged in the destination country.

Delivery Address(es)

You can have up to five different delivery addresses in your account options (ideal for taking receipt of your order at work or sending a gift). Please be sure that you provide the correct delivery address - sometimes PayPal has a different address logged and you may need to add something in the "comments" box when completing your order with us.

Postage and Packaging Charges

We use Royal Mail for the majority of your orders and DHL for large, heavy items. You can see an estimate of the postage and packaging charge from your shopping basket by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button. You can also see their extensive price list here.
