Coronavirus COVID-19

Yes, you can continue to shop with us online but please bear in mind that we are inevitably experiencing some disruption within our supply and distribution network. Thank you for your patience at this unpredictable time. Rest assured, hand washing, work surface cleaning and high standards of hygiene in general are applied.

The new lockdown has had inevitable consequences in our family run warehouse. Please, if your order is urgent or needed on or by a specific date, use the tracked services or Special Delivery.

Standard Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail and despatch orders daily within the UK and all over the world. There may be a slight delay in despatch during busy times but on the whole you should expect to receive your order within a few days. Royal Mail are working under extreme pressure at the moment and some areas of the country are experiencing severe delays. Usually we can despatch your order the same day if received by midday. We also despatch most Saturday mornings (but collection is 10.30am).

We now also offer Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services.

A despatch confirmation email is sent as standard, and orders should be received within 1-3 working days from the date of that message. If you do not receive a confirmation email for either your order or despatch, check your spam or junk mailbox. Please be aware that Royal Mail are dealing with unprecedented levels of mail and some deliveries are taking significantly longer than normal.

Free UK Delivery

Orders over £50 qualify for free UK postage and packaging. 

Delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless you select and pay for "Special Delivery".

Worldwide Delivery

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked services.

The customer is responsible for any taxes/duties that may be charged in the destination country.

Delivery Address(es)

You can have up to five different delivery addresses in your account options (ideal for taking receipt of your order at work or sending a gift). Please be sure that you provide the correct delivery address - sometimes PayPal has a different address logged and you may need to add something in the "comments" box when completing your order with us.

Postage and Packaging Charges

We use Royal Mail for the majority of your orders and DHL for large, heavy items. You can see an estimate of the postage and packaging charge from your shopping basket by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button.

Packaging Materials

We use recyclable postal bags, paper based wraps for protection and void filling, a Kraft paper eco-friendly, fully recyclable alternative to bubble wrap, original and re-purposed cardboard boxes and Kraft tape.

Returns and Exchanges

Remember to include your name, address and original order number. It would be helpful for us to know why you are returning the item(s), for example: exchange, change of mind, not liked or wrong size. Items should be in original retail packaging. If your goods were sent with Free Delivery we will reduce your refund by our cost of delivery incurred. Exchanges will be subject to a P&P fee, for small items it's easier if you included a prepaid SAE. Refunds will be made against original source of payment - that is PayPal or WorldPay. For your own peace of mind you should also obtain a proof of posting or use a tracked service.
