LYKKE Crafts products are guaranteed for five years against manufacturer's defect. If you purchased a LYKKE Crafts product and believe it has failed due to manufacturer defect, you must deal with Lykke directly, please fill out their form here. UK based customers are not required to post faulty items to the American address indicated on the form.
