Standard Delivery Service

We despatch orders daily within the UK and all over the world. There may be a slight delay in despatch during busy times but on the whole you should expect to receive your order within a few days.

As of 27 March 2017 we offer Royal Mail 1st class and 2nd class post (as opposed to cheaper 72+ hour courier). The never-ending unpopularity of P&P charges is understood but it is a real cost. Where possible we use the "large letter" option however it should be noted that very long needles, yarn/wool and kits do not qualify as "large letters"!

For next day deliveries we also offer Special Delivery by 1pm but orders must be placed before 12 midday or we cannot guarantee that your order will be sent that same day.

A despatch confirmation email is sent as standard, and orders should be received within 1-3 working days from the date of that message. If you do not receive a confirmation email for either your order or despatch, please check your spam or junk mailbox.

Free UK Delivery

Orders over £30 qualify for free postage and packaging.

Worldwide Delivery

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail. We offer a standard Air Mail service and a Tracked/Signed For service.

The customer is responsible for any taxes/duties that may be charged in the destination country.

Delivery Address

You can have up to five different delivery addresses in your account options (ideal for taking receipt of your order at work or sending a gift). Please be sure that you provide the correct delivery address - sometimes PayPal has a different address logged and you may need to add something in the "comments" box when completing your order with us.

Distance Selling Regulations

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 are designed to protect customers who are not physically present with the seller at the time of purchase. They cover purchases made via email and the Internet, together with telephone and mail order.

Under the Regulations, consumers have the right to:

  • details in writing about the supplier and the terms of the transaction,
  • written confirmation of their orders,
  • further information, including a notice of cancellation rights, the complaints procedure, after-sales services and guarantees,
  • delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed

Consumers have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to cancel the contract, starting from when the goods are received, without having to give a reason.

We want you to be entirely happy with your order. So if you are in any way unhappy with your goods, simply return for a no quibble refund.
