Island Blend Fine—A Uniquely-Sourced Fibre

A super-soft sister yarn to Island Blend, this new addition to the range makes a perfect choice for accessories and lightweight garments. A blend of Falkland Island Merino wool, baby alpaca and a touch of silk, spun into a neat two-ply yarn with a gentle sheen and rich depth of colour. It is available in eleven gorgeous shades.

Rowan sought out some of the finest, organically grown Merino in the world, then blended it with a little baby alpaca and silk to create a luxurious, smooth hand-knitting yarn with incredible lustre.

Supplied as a skein which we recommend you wind into a "cake" or ball before you start your project.
